The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, vide letter dated 27.08.2018. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed and the interim order granted by this Court on 17.07.2015, stands vacated.
