Since the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2010 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, was disposed of on 13.03.2015, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
