When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein will make necessary representations before the State Government/first respondent herein for reddresal of their grievances and the first respondent may be directed to take action in accordance with law on the said representations. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for the respondents that if any such representations are made, the same will be verified and considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, permitting the petitioners herein to submit representations to the first respondent herein within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If any such representations are made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
