This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner for promotion as Superintendent in the existing vacancy at Sri Anjaneyaswamy Vari Devasthanam, Kondagattu, Karimnagar District, as illegal, improper, unjust and contrary to the A.P.Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Office Holders and Servants Service Rules, 2000, and further declare that the petitioner is entitled to get appointed as Superintendent with effect from the date of vacancy i.e., 2.3.2002 with all consequential benefits including monetary benefits and pass such other order or orders, as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

This Court, on 03.10.2002, while admitting the writ petition, directed the 1st respondent to consider the report submitted by the 2nd respondent and the representation of the petitioner. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim orders of this Court, the representation of the petitioner was considered and his grievance was attended to. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court. No costs.
