Sri P. Bhakthavatsal, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the C.R.P. with liberty to initiate legal proceedings against the GHMC.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
