THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1761 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to declaring the action of the respondent 3 to 6 in not acting on written representation of the petitioner dt. 9.12.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and capricious, in not including the new 73 members from Sl.No.84 to 156 of Sri Gopala Krishna Gorrela Pempakadarula Sahakara Sangham, Ramavaram village, Owk Mandal, Kurnool District into the Administration Book of the 6th respondent for the publication of the voter list and to grant such other relief or reliefs as the Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 09.12.2016, before the respondents 3 to 6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. On the otherhand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the same will be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents 3 to 6 to consider the representation dated 09.12.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
