CVNR, J & PKR, IA.Nos.1 to 5 of 2018 in/& CMA.No.1067 of 2018 Dt: 01-11-2018 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) is filed against Order, dated 22-02-2018, in E.P.No.6 of 2014 in OS.No.35 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam.

IA.No.1 of 2018 is filed for grant of leave to the appellant to file the CMA, IA.No.2 of 2018 is filed for dispensing with the requirement of filing the certified copy of the aforesaid order, IA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are filed for condonation of delay in representing the CMA and filing the CMA respectively and IA.No.5 of 2018 is filed for interim stay of all further proceedings in EP.No.6 of 2014 in the aforesaid suit. At the hearing, Smt.A.Padma, learned Counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the CMA along with all other IAs.

The request of the learned Counsel of the appellant is accepted and the CMA along with all other IAs is, accordingly, rejected as withdrawn.
