THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9762 OF 2012 O R D E R :

Sri J.Ch.Y. Narasimham, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence requests this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also circulated a letter dated 07.11.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.

In that view of the matter, permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 09.04.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 12343 of 2012 shall automatically stand dissolved.
