This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.437 of 2013 on the file of P.S.

Balnagar (XIX Metropolitan Magistrate), Miyapur, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 3 (1) (X) of SCs and STs (POA) Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that Police have already filed a Final Report dt. 20.12.2014 with regard to Cr.No.437 of 2013 stating 'Action Dropped' and he thus prayed to dismiss the petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, as infructuous.

Heard Sri Ramarao Immaneni, learned counsel for Petitioners.

In the light of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
