HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos. 25672, 25890, 28515 OF 1998 AND 26334_OF 2003 COMMON ORDER:

One M.H.S.Babu is the petitioner in these writ petitions. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that M.H.S.Babu/petitioner died on 07.08.2014 and his wife Smt.M.Swarna Lalitha through an affidavit and through a separate letter has requested the learned counsel representing Sri M.H.S. Babu to withdraw the writ petitions.

I am not getting into the procedural aspect of such a request at the stage of the matter. Suffice to note that M.H.S.Babu died on 07.08.2014 and his wife does not want to prosecute the writ petitions. By placing on record, the letter and also the affidavit of Smt.M.Swarna Lalitha, the writ petitions are closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petitions shall stand closed.
