HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20516 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not initiating investigation pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 30.05.2018 against the 4th respondent and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to register the crime against the 4th respondent taking into consideration of the complaint made by the petitioner and investigate the same. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.250/2018 was registered under Section 453 IPC and that investigation is taken up. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
