Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.15 of 2004 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
