ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This petition was filed in the year 2005. No interim order at any point of time was passed by this Court.

In view thereof and with the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out.

We are therefore constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
