THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.535 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri G.Narender Reddy for 3rd respondent.
Learned counsel for petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to avail the statutory remedy and further submits that there is imminent threat of demolition of structures at petition land and prays for appropriate protection in the meantime. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, submits that the petitioners shall also put to conditions not to construct or change the physical features.
I have taken note of both the submissions and the writ petition is disposed of as follows:- The petitioners are given four weeks time from today to avail statutory remedy. The parties are directed to maintain status-quo in all respects for a period of six weeks from today. The petitioners to obtain orders from the competent authority in the meantime. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
