THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1221 OF 2017 ORDER:

Having regard to the claim of the petitioner that he suffered disability and therefore he is unable to complete probation as Armed Reserve Sub-Inspector, the Court directed to examine the claim of the petitioner to grant relaxation of the rules governing the service or to provide alternative employment in due compliance of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The Court directed the respondents to take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Alleging non-compliance of the said directions, this Contempt Case is filed.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Services produced the proceedings dated 21.12.2017 issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Hyderabad Range, wherein the probation of the petitioner is declared to have completed satisfactorily as Reserve Sub-Inspector (Armed Reserve) w.e.f. 14.07.2010 in relaxation of the requirements.
