It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted online application dated 08.03.2017 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 3rd & 4th respondents for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.64 cents in Sy.No.476/2 of Avilala Revenue Village Accounts, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
Since the application of the petitioner dated 08.03.2017 is stated to be pending before the 3rd & 4th respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
