Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner/accused No.2 to appear before the Investigating Officer, Adibatla Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate on or before 20.08.2025 vide order dated 13.08.2025, is further extended till 12.02.2026. In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
