This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 04.05.2018, in I.A.No.129 of 2018 in O.S.No.195 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Visakhapatnam.

Mr.S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter, dated 17.09.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Today, at the hearing, Mr.B.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, I.A.No.2 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
