HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20537 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 4th respondent-Medical Council of India, on 15.02.2018 against the order dated 10.01.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and also WP.No.13051 of 2018 for quashing of the said order. This Court on 24.04.2018 disposed of the said writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal and also suspended the order dated 10.01.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent for a period of two months. The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance of disposal of the writ petition the petitioner approached the 4th respondent and made several representations for speedy disposal of the appeal, inspite of the same, till today, no orders are passed in the said appeal by the 4th respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that petitioner only wants to practice as he is a graduate in MBBS and petitioner is abiding the conditions imposed by this Court in WP.No.13051 of 2018.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the appeal the impugned order 10.01.2018 remain suspended subject to the conditions imposed by this Court in WP.No.13051 of 2018. If petitioner violates any of such conditions, it is open for the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
