HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A.No.107 of 1999 JUDGMENT :

When the matter was listed for hearing on 27.07.2016, there was no representation for the appellant, whereas respondent Nos.1 to 4 were represented by the learned Government Pleader for Appeals. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" next week.

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
