THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.18333 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the Sale Notices, dated 08.05.2015, issued by respondent No.1 - Bank in exercise of powers conferred under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

This Court, by order, dated 23.06.2015, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim order on condition of petitioners depositing Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore) within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of order.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for respondent No.1 that as the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed in the order, dated 23.06.2015, respondent No.1 has issued fresh eauction sale notice and is taking steps to auction the secured assets, and as such, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs. ______________________ R. SUBHASH REDDY, J
