HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12801 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to compute the gratuity payable to the petitioner taking into account the out of employment period into account and to pay the balance of gratuity.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the interim order dated 18.11.2003 passed by this Court in WPMP No.15921 of 2003 has been complied with and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
