CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.M.A.No.1252 of 2005 27.10.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order, dated 23.08.2005, in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.

At the hearing, Mr.N.M.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that his client is not interested in pursuing his cause in the appeal.

In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
