THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26401 OF 2017 ORDER:

The allegation of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with its business activities. In that connection, the petitioner made a representation on 02.08.2017 to the 2nd respondent-Commissioner of Police and the same was received by the 2nd respondent's office on 03.08.2017. His grievance is that no action was taken by the 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions, submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not interfering with the business activities of the petitioner.

No material is placed before this Court by the petitioner except his representation to the 2nd respondent. In the above circumstances, there being in action on the part of the official respondents, particularly respondent No.3 in considering the petitioner's representation, the official respondents are directed to cause enquiry into the matter and take necessary action. If the allegation of the petitioner is found to be true, a case may be registered against the individual officers under the provisions of IPC.
