HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Ms JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.38001 of 2016 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to return the 4-year bank guarantee that was collected contrary to the Government Order G.O.Ms.No.73, dated 26-8-2015 and to allow the petitioners to replace the same with one year bank guarantee.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the final orders passed by this Court in several cases. Therefore, following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to return the 4-year bank guarantee and permit the petitioners to replace the same with bank guarantee for each year. The petitioners shall renew the bank guarantee every year before the expiry of the previous year's bank guarantee and keep it alive for the succeeding year. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
