There was no representation for the appellant on 27.03.2015 and also on 10.04.2015. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel for the contesting respondent is present.

2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
