This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in according permission to the petitioner to construct HSD new retail outlet of the Bharat Petroleum Corporation, respondent No.4, in Sy.Nos.91, 92, 92/B and 92/C at Laxmipuram, Narsampet Road, Warangal.

Though no interim order was granted in the present writ petition, learned counsel on either side submit that the petitioner has constructed the retail outlet pursuant to the permission granted and nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Though it is stated that there are other writ petitions, the relief sought for in those writ petitions will be considered separately. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
