HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 15961 of 2011 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not regularizing the plot No.231-B in Survey No.73 situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal & Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, now in Raghavendra Colony of Serilingampally Circle, GHMC, Hyderabad, in favour of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. On 13.06.2011, this Court, while ordering notice before admission, directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders within three months. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 13.06.2011, the respondents 1 and 2 have regularized the plot No.231-B in Survey No.73 situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal & Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, now in Raghavendra Colony of Serilingampally Circle, GHMC, Hyderabad, in favour of the petitioner. The said fact is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment).

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
