HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20485 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in placing the 2nd petitioner-institution under 'No Admission Category' for the academic year 2018-19 and seeks direction to the 2nd respondent to reconsider the application of the 2nd petitioner-institution and grant approval for the courses applied for extension of approval for the academic year 2018-19. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deficiencies have been complied with and the 2nd petitionerinstitution filed representations dated 23-04-2018, 26-04-2018 and 30-04-2018 in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. Sri K.Ramakantha Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representations in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the 2nd petitioner-institution regarding compliance of deficiencies in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
