This petition is filed to withdraw C.M.A.No.17 of 2013 from the file of Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to this Court, to be tried along with C.R.P.No.1909 of 2013.

2. Advocate for petitioner represented that this petition has become infructuous in view of disposal of C.R.P.No.1909 of 2013.

3. In view of the representation, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
