THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2267 OF 2016 ORDER:

1. This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.76 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kuppam.

2. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 447 and 506 IPC. It is alleged that the accused, who is an ex student of 2002 MBBS Batch approached L.W.1, who is a Principal to PES IMSR College, Kuppam, and asked him to issue Study and Conduct certificates. As the accused has not completed his internship, L.W.1 refused to give the certificate to him. On that, the accused bore grudge against him and he criminally trespassed into the premises of L.W.1, scolded him and threatened him.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Date : 24.2.2016 Nn
