THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4897 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this C.R.P. and seeks liberty to the petitioner to place on record correct description/measurement of the property in dispute (H.No.13-6-463/A/25/1, Ashok Vihar Colony, Uppar Basti, Tallagadda, Hyderabad) and also, if necessary, make application for valuation of the property.

C.R.P. is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to place correct description/measurement of the property as aforementioned before the Court below and/or to make application for valuation of the property and if any such attempt is made, I hope and trust that the Court below shall consider the same in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
