THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.185 OF 2008 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order, dated 10.04.2006, passed in O.P.No.421 of 2005 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the appellant, under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 read with Section 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, against the respondent seeking custody of his son Master Sai Ram, who was born on 29.11.1994, was dismissed.

There is no representation for both sides. Perused the record.

As seen from the material placed on record, the date of birth of Master Sai Ram is mentioned as '29.11.1994'. As on today, his age is about 28 years. He has attained the age of majority. Hence, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
