This writ petition was filed in 2003. No interim order at any point of time was passed by this Court. It appeared before the Court last on 15.06.2004. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this matter further. At this stage, Smt. B.Rajyalaxmi, learned counsel holding for Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, advocate on record, appears and seeks adjournment. We asked her whether anything survives in the Writ Petition. She could not and did not answer and she left the Court. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
