When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and if the petitioner has any grievance, he has to submit a representation to the authorities concerned. On such representation being submitted by the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 2.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
