Heard the counsel for the petitioner, who is the unsuccessful revision petitioner before the lower court and also the trial court in enhancing maintenance of Rs.4,000/ - per month from Rs.2,000/ - per month out of the claim of Rs.10,000/ - for the application in the original maintenance filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C., and also the Public prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the grounds urged including the impugned orders.

A perusal of the impugned orders no where require interference with the concurrent findings.

Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Time granted to pay all arrears four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
