THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.20871 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to evict the petitioner from the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.00 in Sy.No.8/A, situated at Mangrool Village, Bela Mandal, Adilabad District till the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Telangana) and perused the material available on record.

Inasmuch as the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent is pending consideration, the same is directed to be disposed of, if not already disposed, after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Status quo granted by this Court on 08.07.2015 shall remain in force till the disposal of the appeal by the 2nd respondent.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
