The impugned order i.e., sought to be chattenged in the present appeat was passed on 0l.1Z.ZO1Z in O.p.No.Z of 201C cn the fite of the Senior Civit Jude, Gadwat. As seen from the affidavit, the certified copy of the order was made avaitable to the,appeltant on 11.01 .20.t 3 but the appeal was fited onty on 02.11.702.1. The reasons explained in the affidavit for such an inordinate detay is rhat ,,the detoy in fiting the appeal is due to I the deloy in obtoining opinion from the office of the learned Assistant Government preader". rt is stated that the Assistant Government Pleader had given his opinion on 09.0g.2021 and the appeat was fiied on 02.1 1.ZOZ1 .
Absotutety no reasons
much tess sufficient reasons have been shown in the affidavit. What are the reasons that compel the petitioner/appettant for not preferred the appeat for atl these years are not forthcoming. ln these circumstances, this court is not inctined to condone such an inordinate detay for want of sufficient reasons. Accordingty, the l.A. is dismissed.
Consequentty, the appeaI stands rejected. No costs.
