ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connecting with the proceedings dated 31.08.2001 of the 1st respondent appointing the 2nd respondent as an Executive Officer to Sri Munnalal Charitable Trust, Secunderabad and Sri Gopal Mandir, Regimental Bazar, Secunderabad and quash or set aside the same by holding it as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that the 2nd respondent has not taken charge as Executive Officer of the said institutions and hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
