This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.201 of 2015 on the file of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) and 20(b) 2(c) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were found transporting 65 kgs of ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner and others, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
