After arguing the writ petition for considerable length of time Mr.S.Ravi Kumar holding for Mr.C.Venkat Yadav seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the grievance either before the authorities or by filing a separate suit.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
