Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner alleges that she is the owner of lands admeasuring Acs.3.10 guntas in Survey No.553/e, Acs.3.16 guntas in Survey No.561/ee situated at Redla Repaka Village, Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, by virtue of registered sale agreement-cumgeneral power of attorney document dated 29.04.2008 from Danthuri Chennaiah. She claims that when she approached the Mandal Revenue Officer, Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, the 3rd respondent, seeking execution of the sale deed in favour of third party, she was informed that the revenue records do not reflect her name. Therefore, she made representation dated 07.07.2019 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
Since petitioner has not made application in prescribed proforma in Form VI-A under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds, she is granted liberty to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal. On receipt of such application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
