THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20680 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, and Smt.Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the material on record.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for GWMC, that the BRS application, filed by the fourth respondent herein, is pending consideration before the third respondent-GWMC and the same will be disposed of, and, thereafter necessary action, in accordance with law, will be taken.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be given opportunity at the time of consideration of the BRS application of the fourth respondent herein.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent-GWMC to pass appropriate orders on the BRS application of the fourth respondent herein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, including the petitioner herein, and take further action, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
