This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.94 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 24.05.2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shankarpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that Calendar Case No.94 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, was ended in acquittal on 13.11.2013.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
