This writ petition is filed for the following prayer: "to issue a writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to issue occupancy certificate for the building 'SMR Vinay Symphony' constructed by the petitioner in Survey No.79 of Gachibowli village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under sanctioned plan in proceedings No.G/1322/BP/590/2007 dated 30.01.2008, and insisting upon the petitioner to get clearance from the Revenue Department, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to issue occupancy certificate to the petitioner..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the occupancy certificate has been issued to the petitioner.
