THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.15091 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court by order dated 28.05.2015 directed the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for admission to Post Graduate Medical Course even though he has physical disability exceeding 70% pending further orders. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner appeared for counseling, however, did not exercise any option.

Though, the writ petition was listed for hearing on 04.06.2015 and 11.06.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. In the circumstances, recording the aforesaid statement of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
