THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.20774 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of petitioner is that the 5th respondent is not receiving the document presented for registration of plot No.19 in Sy.No.100-1 & 2 admeasuring East-West:36 Ft., North-South: 50 Ft., of Hindupur Town & Mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the document is not presented by petitioner and complaint against inaction is untenable. He further submits that if the document is presented, 5th respondent will process the document for registration in accordance with law.

The statement is placed of record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
