Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the charge sheet was filed on 31.01.2017 by the Investigating Officer and the same was assigned C.C.(S.R.)No.610 of on the file of the learned XIV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
