Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for the 1st respondent, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing petitioner's plot situated in Sy.No.66/2 of Rai Durga Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under the Layout Regularization Scheme notified by the 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.151 dt.02.11.2015.

It is not in dispute that on 24.12.2014 in W.P.No.34726 of 2014, this Court considered the case of a similarly placed person and directed respondents Nos.2 and 3 to regularize the plot under the then Scheme and that the said decision has also been followed by another learned Judge of this Court in his order dt.29.10.2015 in W.P.No.35318 of 2015.

This is not disputed by the learned counsel for respondents either.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed and the action of 2nd respondent in not regularizing the petitioner's plot under the Scheme for regularization notified by the G.O.Ms.No.151 dt.02.11.2015 is declared as illegal, arbitrary and a direction is issued to 2nd respondent to regularize the said plot under the said
scheme within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
