THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1740 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since final report is filed before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on 28.10.2017 referring the case as "Civil in Nature", the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
